Look, I'll be honest - I'm not the guy who's curled up with fiction books by the fireplace. That's not my jam. I dig into books that actually move the needle in my life and business.
Here's the deal: I started having my leadership team read the same books I was reading. Why? Because if I'm learning something that's making me better, I want my team to level up with me. And it has made a difference.
The books I choose aren't your typical "let me tell you how I made a billion dollars" BS. I look for real, practical stuff we can actually use. Like Dale Carnegie's "How to Win Friends and Influence People" - that book opened my eyes to just being genuine with people. Who knew that was a thing, right?
What I Look For In A Book:
- Stuff I can actually use in real life (none of that theoretical crap)
- Ideas that challenge how I think about leadership
- Content that helps me grow as a person, not just as a business owner
- Material my team can grab onto and run with
Bottom line: If it's not making me or my team better, it's not making the cut.

Fair warning: These aren't beach reads. But if you're looking to level up your game as a leader or just as a human - this is your spot.
