What up folks!


I'm Thaddeus Tondu, and here's who I am: I'm a husband, dad, dog dad, business owner, and someone who believes in doing what's right, not what's easy.



Let me tell you how this whole digital marketing journey started - pure frustration. I kept hearing business owners talk about how much they disliked marketing agencies, and I thought, "There's gotta be a better way." But here's the kicker - when we first launched, we weren't focused on home services at all. We were taking on anyone with a pulse and a checkbook (rookie mistake, right?).


Timing is everything. We launched in February 2020 and landed 5 clients in one week, then four weeks later - boom; we lost 4 of them when everything shut down. Not exactly the smooth sailing we'd planned for. But sometimes the worst moments lead to the best decisions. We had this one HVAC client who was crushing it with our approach, and when my business coach told me to niche down, it was like a lightbulb moment.


Why home services? Simple - these are our kind of people. Blue-collar, straight shooters who just want honest work and real results. Plus, let's be real - the higher ticket prices mean they can actually invest in proper marketing without breaking the bank.

I'm Thaddeus Tondu, and here's the straight-up truth about who I am: I'm a husband, dad, dog dad, business owner, and someone who believes in doing what's right, not what's easy.

Now I am running a 7-figure digital marketing agency focused on helping home service businesses crush it online. But here's what makes us different - when we screw up (because hey, we're human), we own it. No BS, no excuses. Just honest conversations and real solutions.


When I'm not in the office, you'll probably find me:


  • Walking my awesome dog Luna (sorry cat people, but dogs rule)
  • Hanging with my family (they're my why)
  • Playing hockey or golf
  • Enjoying a whiskey with dinner (because of balance, right?)
